(DEC) invites eligible technique suppliers for request for technical scheme openly and internationally, and publishes the Announcement at website of Chinabidding on April 23, 2010.
A、Project Profile：
Datang Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (DEC) is wholly owned by Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd, which is listed company in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai. DEC’s central business is to develop the energy chemical industry and other related industry under the leadership of China Datang Corporation. Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketeng Coal-to-Natural Gas Project, was the first one approved by National Development and Reform Commission, and is now under construction.
The designing production capacity of the project is 4 billion Nm3 natural gas
, and the project is built by three stages, which uses lignite as raw material. The project utilizes some technologies to produce natural gas and other related by-products, such as Smashed Coal Pressure Gasification, Sulfur Tolerant Shift, Rectisol Process, Methanation and so on. The project will discharge average 1945 m3/h wastewater, including coal-gasification wastewater, methanol process wastewater, domestic wastewater, floor washing wastewater. The wastewater should be treated in Wastewater Treatment Unit. Part of qualified treated wastewater is used as make-up water in Circulating Water System, the other is used as raw water in Desalting Water System in power workshop.Concentrated saltwater and secondary wastewater produced in Wastewater Treatment Unit should be collected and treated by sort. The recovery measures and related treatment process must be designed.

For technical scheme of Wastewater Treatment Unit of Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketeng 12,000,000 Nm3 /d Coal-to-Natural Gas Project, DEC will clarify a scientific, perfect and pertinent technical scheme. It is not an official bidding, and only technique preparation before Bidding.

2）Content and requirements of technical scheme：For wastewater treatment plant of Inner Mongolia Datang International Keshiketeng 12,000,000 Nm3 /d Coal-to-Natural Gas Project, each technique supplier should provide the technical scheme based on its own technology and the requirements of Technical Scheme Proposal.
The technical scheme should be provided with Chinese version or Chinese-English version. All documents should be provided together with one (1) complete electronic copy with Chinese version or Chinese-English version in CD-ROM or flash-disk.
