詳細介紹： RADWAG dosing systems have been created as a response to market demand for precise and accurate batching of products. Radwag dosing systems are combined with external automation systems, which consist of control and executive components. Such devices give option of automatic, semi-automatic or manual dosing of loose substances and liquids. RADWAG dosing systems, thanks to application of original methods of dosing, provide accurate, fast and repeatable measurement of demanded masses. Price of RADWAG dosing system depends on its configuration (quantity of scales, extension of a system, modules used in system operation) and it is generated as an offer. • Precise measurement of goods in gravitational dosing
• Cooperation with supervising warehouse management systems

• Keeping weighing records (cooperation with E2R Network Management of Weighing System)
• Dosing of liquids from series of main silos to weighing containers placed in various locations of a plant
• Automation of liquid dosing process
• Possibility of applying a system algorithm for dosing of random liquid substances, batched in a forced way
• Dosing on a conveyor of metal elements with small dimensions
• Automation of weighing process of metal elements
• Possible integration of a scale with roller conveyor

Design and functions:
RADWAG dosing systems are designed on basis of RADWAG weighing instruments (dosing scales) or RADWAG indicators and dedicated blocks for adapting the system to cooperation with an existing (or under construction) automatics in a plant. Commonly, dosing systems are implemented into existing technological lines. RADWAG company offers its assistance in implementation of a weighing system into existing technological lines.
A system can include dedicated control panels, selected according to customer needs (system functionality), and chosen from control panels offered by RADWAG. Control panels can be manufactured by RADWAG (additional controlling box) or adapted from already existing controlling boxes at customer’s location, both depending on customer needs.
