1. Project Name: Sino-German Financial Co-operation Municipal Sewage Treatment Programmes Ⅲ and Ⅳ ? Wuhu Chengdong Sewage Treatment Project

2. Wuhu Construction and Investment Co. Ltd in PRC (hereinafter referred to as “the End-user”) has received a loan from Germany through KfW Development Bank in EURO towards the cost of civil and installation works for the above mentioned project and it is intended that the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under this proposed contract.
3. The procurement comprises civil works for four underground pumping stations in the Chengdong area, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment in the pumping stations and an effluent pipe of Chengdong Wastewater Treatment Plant
4. Instrimpex International Tendering Company, as the agent and on behalf of the End-user hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders according to KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Supply and Work Contracts. Documentary evidence will be required of all bidders that they have qualifications, experience and capacity to be able to successfully complete the contract on time.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of: Instrimpex International Tendering Corporation between 9:00am －－-11:00am, 1:30pm－－-4:00pm (Beijing Time) from January 20, 2012 to March 5, 2012 at the following address (Sundays and holidays excluded).

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English version and Chinese version may be purchased by any interested eligible Bidder on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of RMB 15000. The Chinese version of Bidding Documents is just for reference, if there is any contrary, the English version of Bidding Documents shall prevail.
7. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as bid bond in the amount of 2% (two percent) of the total bid value and must be delivered to Meeting Room Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu Beijing, China at or before 10:00 am (Beijing Time), March 6, 2011.
8. Bids of the Qualification Offer will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am (Beijing Time), March 6, 2011 at the Meeting Room Genertec Plaza, No.90, Xisanhuan ZhongLu Beijing, China.
