2010年,中國給水排水雜志社在秦皇島舉辦了首屆污泥處理與處置專題研討會,對污泥處理與處置事業的發展和新技術的推廣應用起到了很好的推動作用。過去一年來,一些新技術得以應用,建成了一批示范工程。
隨著我國污水處理能力的快速提高,污泥量也同步大幅增加。截至2010年底,全國城鎮污水處理量達到456億立方米,濕污泥(含水率80%)產生量突破3200萬噸。根據調研結果顯示,我國污水處理廠所產生的污泥,有80%沒有得到妥善處理,污泥隨意堆放及所造成的污染與再污染問題已經凸顯出來,并且引起了社會的關注。社會的關注促使國家不得不對污泥的處理處置重視起來,國家的重視又促使了污泥處理處置市場的形成。2010年初,住建部副部長仇保興稱,“十五”期間我國主要進行污水處理廠工作,“十一五”期間,重點是進行管網的配套,即將到來的“十二五”,將重點放在污泥處置等方面。應“千方百計地將污泥處置搞上去”,鼓勵污泥無害化后進行土地綜合利用。由此可見,“十二五”期間,污泥處理處置市場將得到進一步發展,其也將成為繼污水處理之后的下一個投資熱點。
本次會議由《中國給水排水》雜志社和挪威CAMBI公司聯合主辦, 由威立雅水務工程(北京)有限公司、上海施維英機械制造有限公司、丸紅(北京)商業貿易有限公司、北京中科博聯環境工程有限公司、山東新丞華展覽有限公司、《亞洲環保》雜志社和青島理工大學青島市新型環保技術重點實驗室協辦,并得到了山東省城鎮供水協會和中國市政工程華北設計研究總院的大力支持,在此對各兄弟單位給予的大力支持一并表示感謝。
本次污泥處理處置研討會與會代表300多人,專家陣容空前強大,基本涵蓋當今世界一流的污泥處理處置技術與系統方案。會議代表紛紛表示,本次污泥處理處置研討會是中國水行業最具規模、最具影響力的會議!感謝代表的大力支持和幫助!
本次污泥處理處置研討會經過遴選,精心組織了30多個報告,內容涉及污泥處理處置指南、標準、政策法規、污泥濃縮脫水、污泥深度干化、焚燒、厭氧消化、沼氣凈化和利用、堆肥/好氧發酵、石灰穩定、土地利用、干餾法處理污泥制備生物炭、污泥減量、污泥資源化利用等。內容基本涵蓋了當今世界主流技術、設備和典型實例,同時眾多知名專家學者也紛紛闡述了自己的觀念和建議。會議現場氣氛活躍、熱烈。是中國水行業規模和影響力最大、內容最全、最專業、實用價值最高的專業盛會!與會代表紛紛表示,通過3天的研討交流和實地考察,為解決實際工作中遇到的問題提供良好的借鑒。期待著由中國給水排水雜志社主辦的下次污泥處理處置高級研討會的召開!
